BOOKING PROCEDURE

1) Birthday party inquiries can be made in person, by phone, email, or online.
2) Bookings should be made, at least 7 days in advance from your party date.
3) The Desert Falls events team will check the availability of your chosen date and time and will provisionally hold the slot for a maximum of 48 hours.
4) To secure your party date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 50% should be paid online or at Desert Falls and the “Birthday Party Booking Form” should be completed and signed.
5) Once the “Birthday Party Booking Form” is received and the deposit has been cleared, you will receive an email confirming your booking within 24 hours.
6) A minimum of 10 guests are required to book a birthday party.
7) Events greater than 40 guests can be accommodated. Please inquire for further information.
8) Invitations will be issued once the deposit is paid and are given according to the number of attendees confirmed in the “Birthday Party Booking Form”. A maximum of 5 additional invitations can be issued.

DEPOSITS/BALANCE PAYMENTS

1) The deposit of 50% is paid in order to secure your booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
2) In certain circumstances, the deposit may be transferred, at the discretion of Desert Falls Management, to an alternative date if the required date and time are available.
3) A notice of 7 days is needed in case of cancellation of your party.
4) Payments can be made online or in person.
5) Once your birthday party package is confirmed and the deposit is received, your booking date and time may be modified for an additional charge.
6) The remainder 50% needs to be paid 5 days prior to the event
7) Desert Falls will assume the number of guests confirmed in the “Birthday Party Booking Form” to be definite and no refund will be given for any overpayment due to lesser attendance of guests on the day.
8) If unexpected guests arrive on the day of your party, they will be charged regular admissions fees and will not be provided the package offer.
9) Additional charges on the day will be charged accordingly. The balance must be settled in full at the end of the birthday celebration.

UPGRADES

1)Service upgrades are possible upon request and availability under an extra charge

GENERAL

1) Duration of the event is 60 minutes in a dedicated party area from the timing stated on the “Birthday Party Booking Form”.
2) Due to the turn-around time, party guests will only be admitted inside Desert Falls 15 minutes before the allocated party time. After the birthday celebration, all guests are free to enjoy the attractions and entertainment inside Sea Caves Waterpark.
3) Desert Falls reserves the right to charge an extra hour per invited child according to your chosen package if the party area is not vacated with all belongings after the birthday celebration.
4) Final number of guests and dietary requirements should be sent no later than 72 hours in advance to your party.
5) Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Desert Falls for Health & Safety regulations.
6) When booking a birthday party, guests must adhere to the rules and regulations displayed throughout the facility.
7) An Events team member will be dedicated to facilitate arrivals and organize your party. The celebrant’s parent/guardian is responsible for the care and supervision of all invited guests, including children who are dropped off by their parents whilst attending your child’s birthday celebration.
8) Desert Falls supervises all attractions and equipment to help maximize your child’s enjoyment, however they are not a replacement for parental supervision.
9) You are welcome to photograph/film your party, however, please respect the privacy of other guests inside the facility.

11) Desert Falls is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of personal items and gifts.
12) No spray foam, poppers or streamers will be allowed inside the facility. Guests will be charged an additional sum of QAR 1000 if disregarded.
13) Desert Falls reserves the right to refuse, cancel or amend a birthday party booking for any reason.
14) Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice.
